| We are in the formation stage and looking to connect with other like-minded people who want to form a community around a vision of activism, peace, awareness, deep eco-design, education, and loving-kindness. We are looking to buy land in the Alleghany plateau region of southwestern New York or northwestern Pennsylvania. We engage in activism, world change, meditation, yoga/dance/movement, making art & music, veganism, organic growing, permaculture, renewable and clean energy, natural building, aware communication, psychological/spiritual/emotional healing and transformation work, as well as natural childbirth and child rearing. We are open to all who share a similar vision for their lives.
We have started regular weekly potlucks and meetings. This community is for all those who seek a more compassionate, intelligent, and peaceful lifestyle with self, others, and the natural world. We hope to make this a place for healthy discussion, meaningful action, and community building. The vision is to build a new model of community while educating ourselves and others about our choices and the real consequences of our actions of mind, body, and speech.
