9/11-Truthers can be a provisional name.

We will need applications from architects, IT experts, Electronicians, nutritionists, medical, and legal personnel, and educators. People bred for their stupidity will no doubt not be too interested.

We fear that many within the “communes movement” or so-called “Alternate Society” have fallen in line with dogma such as “anthropogenic global warming,” Behavioural modification issues aside, I don't believe in either the Capitalist/Socialist/Communist/or Anarchist models but rather believe that a healthy productive industry, is the natural condition for a healthy humankind; if it is not to be population decimated by design. Cottage industry will be our part to play.

The Behavioural manipulation of the '60s has come full circle, now enhanced to support 'Climate-Change' & “economic globalisation” scenarios.

We do not believe in the suggested advantages of a Post-Industrialist West, nor do we hold with the orchestrated ‘Peak Oil’ fiasco. ‘A cleaner planet by oil means’. Now there’s a challenge.

We do so like a challenge.

Heightened self-preservative instincts inevitably stem from the blatant fabrications of an indifferent mainstream global society and media, and many people have suffered unforeseen outcomes and changes in their lives already in this rapidly but not for the better ‘changing world’.

I will mention that I first became interested in the communes movement, some 40 years ago and since then my worst fears of the future of human development, its experience and society are being fulfilled daily. There is every reason to continue pushing towards a fulfilment of an alternative society but now to defend our position it must often be necessary to play a distinct role in what has been coined “the information war,” whereby we counteract the all-pervasive attempts of mainstream society to maintain status-quo, through propaganda and disinformation.

We need to create a true “New Eden” for the human beings. By removing or catalysing violent competitive interactions from our local environment, we can reinforce creativity & friendship & reduce excessive stress and fear factors.

I have previous experience of communal living, namely with a European branch of the Tennessee Farm and a UK housing coop.

Our community fits the legal definition of "housing for older persons" * and thus we may restrict membership/residency to those of a certain age and may have limits on child membership/residency in accordance with the law. Our community does not discriminate based on race/color, national origin, religion, sex/gender, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, ancestry, source of income, creed, personal appearance, political affiliation, HIV infection, military/veteran status, unfavorable military discharge, gender identity or expression, receiving public assistance, or domestic abuse.

Our community does not discriminate in regards to housing based on race/color, national origin, religion, sex/gender, family status (i.e. having children, not having children, or being pregnant), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, ancestry, source of income, age, creed, personal appearance, political affiliation, HIV infection, military/veteran status, unfavorable military discharge, gender identity or expression, receiving public assistance, or being the victim of domestic abuse.

Our community does not provide land or housing and is therefore not subject to fair housing laws.

Housing in our community is incidental to employment and therefore fair housing laws do not apply (though employment discrimination laws may).
