This is a vegan- and vegetarian-only eco-community that is now forming near Asheville, North Carolina. In this unique project, there are 22 townhome "shells" planned that will sit on a small "footprint" of a very scenic 95-acre farm-estate. The rest of the land will remain undeveloped. Each dwelling will be individually owned, condominium-style (and may be resold to other vegetarian or vegan individuals or families, with approval from the community's homeowners association). The land will be owned by the homeowners in common through their association. The townhouses are planned to be conjoined two-story dwellings with each unit about 1500 sq ft, with chairlift stairways available. All units will have the same spectacular view. The building will be fully finished on the exterior, with interiors completed by the purchasers themselves (for greater economic flexibility). Private financing by the developer will be available.
