Kopali Communities
Costa Rica
We are a growing team and community of farmers, entrepreneurs, developers, artists, teachers, architects, and dreamers from all walks of life. Kopali Communities is creating ultra-ecological, intentional, sustainable communities in Costa Rica. We are responsibly developing "finished lots" for purchase for you to build your dream eco-home. Each resident will be assured of an amazing climate, an abundance of organic food, and clean drinking water. All of our communities are located with thought and intention, and with the highest regard for the local population's people, culture, resources, and environment. Each home-site owner will be required to follow our strict building and architectural guidelines to ensure continuity with our ulta-ecological principles.
Those who live in a Kopali Community will be assured of very basic needs: shelter, food, security, water security, and energy security. We will have organic fruits, vegetables, nuts, spices, medicinals, teas, and clean, chemical-free drinking water. There will also be alternative energy sources from solar, wind, and/or hydroelectric.
There are minimal roads, lots of hiking trails, safe swimming holes, and natural pools. In a multicultural, multigenerational, and intentional community environment, lives can be integrated instead of fragmented. Sharing resources allows everyone to live more lightly on the Earth. Our communities are planned and designed for a true "community" lifestyle.
