 Washington Village is a cohousing community in central Boulder's best historic neighborhoods. On the former site of Washington Elementary School, its park-like campus that features 33 private residences and a shared common spaces: Approximately 8,000 square feet. We have 5 different building types that are available a variety of options: lofts, flats, townhomes, single-family homes and the historic Washington Village Elementary School that has been converted into 8 condo units. So when you make your investment into Washington Village you'll have plenty of opportunities on site to accomplish your goals and engage the community. Washington Village is a LEED ND development and considered a TOD, a transit oriented development. This means that your public transportation is within walking distance and that your investment showcases to the greater community that this development has smaller ecological footprint, within walking distance to grocery, entertainment, shopping and more, and is built on the foundation of shared resources.
