This is a great central location in Congress Park, a lovely safe neighborhood near downtown & Cherry Creek. Within walking distance are three parks, shops, restaurants, the Tattered Cover bookstore, the film society cinema & the Botanic Gardens.

Share this beautiful, cozy, comfy, two-story, four-bedroom Victorian house. There is wireless internet, a private backyard, garden with ornamental pond and an art studio/workspace. We want people interested in building community, sustainability and growing food.

Together we create a relaxed comfortable home. We are part of a larger Denver community.

A two bedroom upstairs suite is available, or rooms may be rented separately. There is an additional bedroom upstairs as well as a small office/sitting area. Owner/caretaker is often away.

Rent is $600/mo./ room

We want quiet and considerate people, ideally with some spiritual awareness (such as yoga and meditation). There's no TV here. No cigarette smoking and limited alcohol consumption (we might have wine with dinner). We like healthy food. You can consider this your home. We share in cleaning, gardening and care taking.

This is an opportunity to practice living in community and creating a happy cooperative household.
