Bird of Paradise
McNeal, Arizona,
United States
September 2011--we are on the property now for about 2 years. slowly getting the infrastructure up and running. some have come and gone and we remain. looking to grow tomatoes next year in the new greenhouse. working on an outside wash house and a small shop. put a flat roof over the trailer, also serves as an observation deck. looking forward to the fall and winter months.
We are a group looking for pioneers of like mind, striving to create something greater than we can individually, with a wish to live light on the land, dedicated to growing our food and coexisting communally to benefit the group. We were only waiting for this moment to arrive. The Vision: to live in the spirit of the ’60s when we saw nothing as impossible. We now have the land and the technology to realize the dream.
