 An Arts and Permaculture based group of people who own 1635 acres of coastal hinterland near Crescent Head in New South Wales, Australia.
Our group intends to occupy 5 different parts of the land with village style housing clusters which will perhaps be available for rental as tourist or public facilities.
Our founding principles are:
Environmental responsibility.
Social Harmony.
Low cost rural housing.
Economic Self-sustainability.
Our Co-op. currently has 70 members and there is one share being bought back by the co-op. at present.
We have 72 shareholders at present and have established 2 Primitive Camp Grounds on the property to date.

Visitors Accepted
Visitor Process: e-mail us through the website or write to PO box 48 Crescent Head and arrange a day and time to visit with one of our members. We take you for a day tour of the land in a 4WD.
