Diverse Matrix Community
Snohomish, Washington,
United States
Diverse Matrix Community (DMC) is located on 15 acres of tall trees and beautiful nature. Being 10 minutes to the nearest town and only 30 minutes northeast of Seattle gives you access to anything one could need, while also providing the atmosphere of being “away from it all” when on site.
Our community has usually consisted of between 5 and 10 people in the last several years and anticipates slow growth over the next few years. Indigenous forest, wildlife, and nature trails with some open spaces make for a quiet, peaceful setting.
DMC values sanctuary, spirituality, harmony, diversity, friendship, cooperation, fun, independent thinking, compassion, and the ability to function within an intentional community. Our members observe many diverse faiths in harmony. Members currently provide information and opinions that are considered by the community director when making decisions.
DMC members enjoy the company of others for movie nights, gatherings, campouts, meetings, and community meals. Members expect the development of more activities in the future.
