Sofia Cooperative House
Madison, Wisconsin,
United States
Sofia Co-op, at 1239 Spaight Street, is a beautiful two-story house with seven bedrooms. The house has original woodwork, three porches, and a backyard with a raised-bed garden. Storage space is available in a large, easily accessible attic.
We are in a quiet, progressive area in the heart of the Marquette-Williamson neighborhood. The house is a half-block from Orton Park with many amazing trees, one block from Willy Street Co-op, and one block from Lake Monona. Public transportation and bike paths are located nearby.
Currently, we are eight adults and four children. Our ages range from mid twenties to mid forties.
We are a beautiful and dynamic community that is child-friendly. Our house is clean, cozy, and eco-friendly. We want to live with people who are more than just housemates but rather part of a bigger family that is supportive of personal growth.
