| We are Daniel & Patti EarthStewards. We live at Dapala Farm (see separate listing) and seek good neighbors to form a Cooperative Community adjacent to Dapala Farm.
Toward this goal we've acreage for sale available to whomever has the means to build their own home. This land has its own deed and is forested with a year around stream running through it. See our photo album for views of us, our land and farm infrastructures at: http://www.ofoto.com/I.jsp?c=7367si3.yj7f1or&x=0&y=xa8jr0
Living our food and energy self-reliant lifestyle, and in a Cooperative Community, are to us practical steps in preparing for the long period of crisis and social transformations which in reality have already begun to unfold on our civilization. We envision solutions to these transformations by constructing a sustainable economy living and working in cooperation with our neighbors. We already have the necessary sustainable infrastructures in place before the existing set falls apart, and seek more hands to ease the demands of this lifestyle.
We've explored several options for those who wish to join us, but who lack funds to purchase land. We purchased the building materials needed for an underground community center for use as our educational facilities and additional living quarters, and we seek help in its construction. If one has building trade skills we could work out a trade. As well, one may generate income from the land selling organic produce in a CSA.
We're willing to work with you and your limitations toward the co-creation of a cooperative community.
We look forward to connecting with those interested in forming a
Cooperative Community with us. Please email us at HiddenvalleyranH@aol.com and introduce yourself.
Best Wishes from the land, Daniel & Patti EarthStewards
