People who are drawn to "Animation - The L@st Resort, are people who enjoy the companionship and vibrant energies of other like minded/spirited people. It seems people who resonate with each other have been arriving first, followed by group concepts and strategies for creating and living in a new self-sustaining paradigm.

At this point in time most of us focused on expanding "Animation - The L@st Resort", have a common interest in food and farming (see other common interests below). Right now we're doing quite a bit of food growing. We utilize vacant lots all over town. Much of our organically gown food is given too the local needy.

Most of the the collectives so called "urban farmers", live within a short ride from each other and the same holds true for the donated individual farm lots.

In reference to the already identified FANTASTIC property, we have at least $38,000 and the KNOWINGNESS that the dream will expand OR we will be directed to another property even better suited for our intended objectives. As someone once said, "If you look for something you never find it, stop thinking about it and viola."

Other common interests, within our group, are: experience, interest and/or knowledge about sustainable living; a creative-adventurous nature; agriculture/permaculture; a propensity for kindness, productivity, service, joyfulness, sincerity, innovation and OF COURSE fun. Sharing is commonplace with the current (scattered around town) membership. Not only do we share many resources, but we also share our time, skills, wisdom, knowledge and of course veggies plus culinary masterpieces (we have "eatings" not "meetings" lol. If you write too us, please include a list your interests and your skills eg. gardening, construction, architecture, creating community guidelines, art, music, agroecology, eco-modalities, healing modalities, massage therapy, teaching, spiritual mentoring, homemaking, cooking, inventing, carpentry, etc....

Animation - The L@st Resort is transcending old outdated third dimensional paradigms by focusing on what will serve the greater good of all.

Animation welcomes philanthropists who, like myself and others, desire to share the creative potential inside ourselves and develop a viable alternative outdated lifestyles.

Visitor Process: Transcending old paradigms and creating sustainable, conscientious lifestyles takes dedicated sovereignty (codifying the basic principles of integrity, unified inviolability, and supremacy of the complete totality of the member force). Land and Buildings Small Town (As much as possible Animation will constitute a town in and of itself, getting 'off the grid' is one of our goals.) Area: 8 acres (3.2 hectares) (We are considering several properties in the Prescott Arizona area mainly a large complex in Mt. Club.) Land Owned By: Other (A landtrust or coopertive-trust, would likely be the ownership and conveyance vehicle, SINCE we have this pretense that 'anyone' really own anything, all will be decided by group consenses.) Number of Residences: 2 (one VERY LARGE unit, a guest house and an 8 car garage are currently located on the proposed property.) Cohousing: Yes (Those who have had great success with unity and self-sustainability.)	Food, etc. Percentage of Food Grown: over 50% (Now 90% of summertime food, the goal is 90% of year-round food, when we are on the premises.) Share Community Meals: (Meals are shared NOW only at "eatings/meetings". Community meals, when we get our property, will be by member option. Members will need to notify kitchen staff on a weekly basis.) Dietary Choice or Restrictions: Diet is up to each individual (Those who have a passion for cooking will opt too cook, but anyone can jump in and contribute. Meat will be available, about 1/2, currently, lean toward vegtable diets.) Dietary Practice: Omnivorous (Personal preference. Two now. We're focused on obtaining a very large home on 8 acres. This "piece of art healing home" also has a guest house and 8 car garage. With plans for a greenhouse, additional units and a wellness center.

The architect(s) will show up as needed. They will have knowledge of warm/green architecture and off the grid sustainability.
