We are a small community of founders sharing our life together while designing and building an intentional village. We currently live on a forty-four-acre farm and have been in community for seven and one-half years. The core group has been gathering in our spiritual circle for twenty plus years. Our vision encompasses truly human sustainability through shared responsibility; consensus decision making; egalitarian, tribal social structure; open and honest, nonviolent communication; and real commitments to personal, family, and community growth and our spiritual lifestyle.
Our community is deeply rooted in our earth-based spiritual paths and our recovery program; all eleven founders are recovering alcoholics/drug addicts with long-term sobriety (over ten years).
Our community strives to live the ultimate balance of giving and service to our global community while maintaining, receiving, and staying firmly rooted in our land, our family, and our responsibilities to be beyond sustainable. As a family, we share all common expenses and eat all dinners together.
Currently, we are focusing on converting our large barn into a larger community kitchen and a bunkhouse for visitors, finishing our earthship, and expanding our garden.
We are currently accepting individuals, couples, and families to join our community in this new building phase. We are praying for one or two enthusiastic people who are willing to trade room and board for work.

Statement of Housing Non-discrimination:
Our community fits the legal definition of "housing for older persons" * and thus we may restrict membership/residency to those of a certain age and may have limits on child membership/residency in accordance with the law. Our community does not discriminate based on race/color, national origin, religion, sex/gender, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, ancestry, source of income, creed, personal appearance, political affiliation, HIV infection, military/veteran status, unfavorable military discharge, gender identity or expression, receiving public assistance, or domestic abuse.

Our community does not discriminate in regards to housing based on race/color, national origin, religion, sex/gender, family status (i.e. having children, not having children, or being pregnant), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, ancestry, source of income, age, creed, personal appearance, political affiliation, HIV infection, military/veteran status, unfavorable military discharge, gender identity or expression, receiving public assistance, or being the victim of domestic abuse.
