| We are a small group of people in eastern Maine set on creating an ecovillage. We seek other homeschoolers and farmers, and are looking for people with open minds and hearts. We have a cabin built, and are hoping to expand our 13 acres. We also have two horses, some dairy goats and their kids, chickens, and some bunnies. We are open to new families or individuals that consider themselves willing to help create a wonderful world.
We are working on our farm stand, as it is our first year in farming—potatoes and onions grew best here, minus the slugs. We are very close to the ocean, backed by a mountain, and have neat trails all over. People here tend to barter a lot, and live off the ocean’s bounty. There is also a tremendous amount of blueberries. We are open to all kinds of people, and want more diversity in the area. | |
