We are a suburban retrofit cohousing community in Mountain View, California. In November 2006, we purchased two adjacent fourplexes, for a total of eight two-bedroom apartments. We have 13 adults and three toddlers (two moving out soon, though), and are still working on landscaping, making common space, social and financial organization, etc. The average age is about 30, and many of us work in the tech industry.
Openings: We have no units for sale at this time. We are interested in expansion both by occupying rental units on the street and eventually by purchasing additional buildings. If you might be interested in this, please read the website, which has more information and next steps.
