 S. SEATTLE CHRISTIAN COMMUNITY
A small community committed to discovering how to live well in relationship with God, one another, our local community and our world.
Concept: The intent is to live out this dialogue in the context of a large 7 bedroom urban home with 3 separate units on 3 floors, each having separate entries, bathrooms, and kitchens. Methods continue to evolve out of an ongoing conversation among those involved. To have continuity of conversation and build relationship it is important for all residents to make a few basic commitments. Sharing a meal, community conversation and prayer once a week or so is a cornerstone for relationship building. Mutual respect and a commitment to pursue the vision of right relationships together is a must. We enjoy connecting with our neighbors & a family who lived here in 06-07 has moved back to your quiet cul-de-sac.
Amenities: A fully equipped private unit with kitchen, territorial views, 10ft ceilings, large energy efficient windows, spacious landscaped back yard with patio space & garden that is a bit of an urban farm (chickens, 12 fruit trees, 10 berry varieties, zip-line, etc.), large 2car garage shared, gas heat & under 10min to down town, only 2 blocks to shops, groceries, restaurants & more, built 2003 & like new, kitchen new 2006 with maple cabinetry, stainless refrigerator, gas range, & granite counter-tops.
Available: January 1
Unit & Rent: 2Br & 1Ba private unit with kitchen = $1,185
Seeking: Singles or a family, children welcome. Currently married couples live on the top and bottom floors. One family has 2yr & 4yr old daughters. The other has a 4-month-old daughter.
