Sutter County, California,
United States
Any locations that you have in mind or do you have land to offer?, Any state is possible,
United States
This community is currently a mobile home community consisting of 52 spaces. Residents are interested in converting it to ownership and possibly making it a green community. Spaces for new homes and RV spaces are available. New homes are also available. Sample; space #40, 1 bedroom, 1 bath park model new home is priced at $48,500.
A healthfood store and deli is about .2 miles from the park and downtown Yuba City has all kinds of shopping, schools, entertainment and recreation available. This is a diamond in the rough, needing only a small amount of polishing.
The whole neighborhood is rapidly improving.

I am interested in more info on this forming community. I have land in the beautiful Sierra Nevada foothills (20 acres in Grass Valley) and have also wanted to form a community. Let's connect.
