Shanti Yoga Retreat
Northern Area, Vermont,
United States
(land not yet purchased.)
This is a forming intentional community in Vermont. It is to be a model of an existing Retreat.
The purpose of this retreat center is to provide a place for everyone to take a break from the daily grind and have the opportunity to be good to themselves. Eventually offering a variety of meditation and yoga classes, treatments, massage, counseling, and educational programs for all ages. I want this to be a sustainable community, both physically and psychologically.
I will need some folks to live with me year round and work in the gardens, build cabins, cook, clean, teach, massage, play music, etc. in exchange for food, shelter, and free classes etc. Shorter live-in's (students) are welcome. I am in the process of finding land in New England, but it may be a few years. The more people I hear from who are interested, the more energy I will have to move toward this wonderful place. Please express any interest or ideas in email. Thanks! Namaste Om Shanti
