 We're a retrofit cohousing community of 6 cottages, 9 friends, 2 kids and 2 dogs. We came together in summer 2005 to collaborate on a friendlier, more creative vision of community. We're located in an industrial area of Oakland, CA where it meets the Emeryville and Berkeley borders: hence the name Triple Point.
