On 56 acres of rolling meadows, ponds, and woods, join us in creating a rural, old-fashioned neighborhood using sustainability principles. Organic farming. All ages & lifestyles.
37 units in a range of sizes and prices will be clustered around a Common House designed for dining and socializing. Mostly duplexes. Dwellings are privately owned. This will be a safe, pedestrian neighborhood. We are a multi-generational community, five miles from the Kingston Thruway exit. 90 minutes north of New York City.
