GREEN COMMUNITY LIVING ON AN ORGANIC FARM
• Green-built private homes
• No more fuel oil bills
• Child-friendly community
• Know your neighbors
• Privacy within a close-knit community
• Less driving, more quality time
On 56 acres of rolling meadows, ponds, and woods, join us in creating a rural, old-fashioned neighborhood using sustainability principles. Organic CSA farming. All ages & lifestyles.
37 units and single-family homes in a wide range of sizes and prices will be clustered around a Common House designed for dining and socializing. Mostly duplexes, some singles. Dwellings are privately owned. This will be a safe, pedestrian neighborhood. We are a multigenerational community, five miles from the Kingston Thruway exit. 90 minutes north of New York City.
Monthly meetings: See web site www.legacyfarmcohousing.com for details.
