Greentree Pond and Walking Trail
 Greentree is an alternative subdivision integrating environmentally conscious development with energy efficient homes while encouraging local self-sufficiency and a sense of neighborhood. There is one mile of finished walking trails through the community and around the pond, and two community spaces featuring picnic tables/shelter, along with another mile of walking/hiking easements and trails.
Walk Softly, LLC, specializes in sustainable land development, renewable local economics, and green building practices. Please see our other sustainable communities (including the 124-acre Living Well Community) at our website.
