Oct. 2007 we completed and submitted the application for our 501(c)3 tax exempt status. MIM’s Place of Community Coop-IN is: A dream to keep the MIM’s Corp. Coop's, and its affiliates connected within Indiana. It's an opportunity to be part of an affordable housing coop that includes social support of the formal EFSN, a combo of individuals, orgs (profit & non-profit) through our combined coop efforts empower us to create sustainable lives and businesses, both personal and coop. Ultimately, the coop can become independent of the "Mother" MIM's Corp., but will continue to benefit from the social support to enable MEED people and their families to live in the least restrictive environment and self-determine their lives.
