Art farm - a 23 acre property in the rural florida panhandle - is open to visitors, - on site is a well equipped art studio 1500 sq ft. welding, metal fabrication, pottery studio, kilns, wheels, wet saw, woodworking equipment, glass equipment....lots of gear. Midi music studio, with acoustic instruments, harp, guitars, flutes, drums, shakers, etc. Video production studio, apple computer based. Lots of 6 year fruit trees, lots of blackberries, blueberries, grapes.....2 growing seasons....with a 2/1 trailer well furnished, a 1 room wooden house.
