We are an open cohousing community in the city of Denver, Colorado. There are 19 one- and two bedroom 1940s brick townhouses around half of a city block. There is room for expansion in this great location. It is two blocks to major grocery stores, a shopping center, two bus lines, and a park with playground. We are open to ideas regarding the use of common spaces, grounds, and green improvements.
Two families are now living on the site; we hold monthly meetings.
