Mayfair village of Denver-
Denver, Colorado,
United States
We are an open cohousing community in the city of Denver, Colorado. There are 19 one- and two bedroom 1940s brick townhouses around half of a city block. There is room for expansion in this great location. It is two blocks to major grocery stores, a shopping center, two bus lines, and a park with playground. We are open to ideas regarding the use of common spaces, grounds, and green improvements. We have private and community gardens.
Two owners are now living on the site;the rest of the members are renting but know their units are for sale. We hold monthly potluck meetings.
