Forming Formed: 2005
As Yet Unnamed
British Columbia,
Canada
(Location Not Yet Chosen... International location to be chosen by founding members.)
We are looking for a group of nature minded youth (18-30), disenchanted by materialistic capitalism, interested in creating a new self-sustained, self-regulated community. The community is to be formed by means of consensus decided nomadism and settlement, on uninhabited, and ideally, unclaimed international land. Ideal individual compatibility would include physical capability, capacity for individual survival, natural awareness and a nature based belief system. We hope to create an open, cooperative community, with open sharing of knowledge and abillities for the betterment of the collective. A consensually decided set of minimal agreed moral "policies" will be the only consideration for continued membership within the community. Due to the potentially unstable nature of scouting and startup, individuals with the capacity for independent self preservation are preferred. All skill-sets are welcome, regardless of application.
