A Description of the of our Tribe:

The Heinzist Tribe is a spiritual tribe, that represents the

agreement between tribal members in knowing we

are all one. "Alle Ace Uno"

We live by our tribal values which is,in Living by the Heinzist Way:

Remaining True to Spirit,

Remaining to others,

and Remain to your/ourselves.

By Loving one another,

Respecting the rights of all things and beings.

Harming none - Doing that which is right - (Living by the golden rule.)

Agreeing to Disagree.

Visitor Process: We are closed to visitors, as we do not have a community running yet. And most of us are considered homeless, or living on extremely low income.. I am still job hunting so I can afford land, to get started....We are still forming.

Our community does not provide land or housing and is therefore not subject to fair housing laws.

Federal Tribes.) We Make decisions via all Methods listed.) Identified Leader: Yes (Yes, but all Tribal members are expected to take on a leadership role for different tribal functions.) Leadership Core Group: Yes (Our Council (currently is all members, since we are a small group))	Labor and Money Financial Style: Members have independent finances (we do not deal with money at this time) Open to Members with Pre-existing Debt: Yes (We do not do anything regarding money, So whether someone is in debt, or not has no impact on tribal membership) Labor Contribution: Expected (All they are required to do is fill out the entry form, and we encourage them to participate in all consensus, helping out, and the programs.. but some can opt out of participating if not interested.) Join Fee: No (no join free required (hoping to keep it that way, but may have a join or a work agreement for residents on tribal land)) Regular Fees: No (no as we do not have an fees to pay as a tribe.)

The land and homes or the tribals, is taken care of by the tribal members independent of the tribe on their own.)	Food, etc. Percentage of Food Grown: none (We would like to grow as much of our own food as we can, and have enough to sell.) Share Community Meals: Rarely (none right now but in the future we hope to have gatherings, but not all members will be required to eat at the same time.) We promote tolerance between all members.)
