This is a forming community, basing its philosophy upon holistic eco-living and sustainable social business. Currently seeking other people interested in investing in land purchase. Plan is to earn rental income by leasing part of the land to a social business. The social business will offer employment opportunities to residents, some of whom are intended to be disadvantaged people (in particular those with a disability or learning disability). Activities would include eco-forestry, biodynamic gardening/horticulture, willow and other crafts, eco-building/renovation, and more. Target area is West Wales, UK. Ideally a small Steiner or other alternative school will develop on site, to meet the needs of workers with families. Organic and permaculture principles, renewable technologies, and respect for others are very important.
