| Cold Pond Community Land Trust is an intentional community comprised of residents, board members and volunteers who work and/or live on the land trust. We believe in our efforts to protect our surrounding forest and farm land, watersheds, wildlife habitat and open spaces by exploring sustainability and living lives of minimal impact. Our board and residents collectively steward 215 acres of common lands. Beyond the agricultural and conservation means, the land is open to the public for hiking, cross-country skiing, horseback riding and various other purposes.
