 The Ma'agal Ha'kvutzot ('Circle of groups') is the umbrella organization of the renewed communal groups in Israel. The organization's membership comprises of urban kibbutzim, groups consisting of graduates of youth movements and others, numbering today over 1000 adults all over Israel. The aims of the organization are to support the expansion of the communal idea in Israel, to nurture solidarity between groups, to promote important educational projects and to work towards an Israeli society, both on an economic and political level, based on social democratic values. Other groups currently without websites include Kiryat Shalom, Kibbutz Pelech & the Jaffa commune of the Hashomer Hatzair youth movement, groups of the Kvutsot Habechira youth movement in Migdal Ha'emek and Nazareth Ilit, the Be'er Sheva group, a group in Jerusalem of the Machanot Ha'olim and scouts movement, a group in Hadera of the Habonim-Dror youth movement.
