Seedpod Coop
Boston Community Cooperatives (BCC) is a 501(c)(3) organization formed to build community through cooperative living, member education, neighborhood improvement, and collective action. Members participate in a no-equity model of communally owned, democratically controlled, and affordable residential cooperatives. Our aim is to provide support, resources, and infrastructure for housing cooperatives.
Currently, BCC has one member co-op--Seedpod, a 12-person house near Fields Corner in Dorchester, Massachusetts. We are looking into opportunities for expanding to more houses.
