Our group with Site Plan
We are a diverse group of people planning to build Folsom EcoHousing, a neighborhood of 38 families in Folsom, twenty miles east of Sacramento, California. Our vision is to create an inclusive, earth-friendly community that fosters supportive relationships based on respect, cooperation, and fun. The site is within walking distance of Light Rail, the American River Parkway, and Historic Downtown Folsom. We have submitted our application to the City of Folsom, and we are accepting initial investments from future residents. Projected home prices are $250 per sf, or $250,000 for a 1000 sf home. Home sizes range from 600 s.f. to 1700 sf. Construction should be complete in 2014. For more information, contact Marty Maskall by email or phone.
