Our group with Site Plan
 In June 2006, we signed a contract to purchase 3.5 acres of beautiful rolling land in Orangevale, a suburb east of Sacramento, California. The site is within walking distance of two schools, a bus stop, a grocery store, a fitness center, and a restaurant. We are currently in the design phase, and we are accepting initial investments from future residents. Projected home prices range from $340,000 for a 850 s.f., 2 bedroom / 1 bath Flat to $600,000 for a 1700 s.f., 4 bedroom / 3 bath Townhouse. Construction should be complete in 2010.
