We are a group of families and singles committed to establishing multi-generational cohousing near Charlottesville, Virginia. We own a six-acre property and will be developing 26 homes. We will begin construction soon, as we are already re-zoned.
We represent a diversity of ages, backgrounds and experiences, including retirees and families with small children.
Several families have a wealth of experience in cohousing and intentional communities. Blue Ridge Cohousing is working with a nonprofit, green developer to make this a reality. We have four designated affordable units that will receive financial assistance.
