 Spring Lane Farms is a new community nestled among the rolling hills northwest of Kansas City, Missouri. Currently in the planning stages, this development will feature passive homes, healthy interiors, and traditional architecture. The site is located adjacent to a historic farmstead along with a natural spring, wells, cisterns, windmills, and outstanding water features. Amenities will include sustainable biomass plantings, permaculture design, alternative energy, gardens, silviculture and rainwater catchment. The housing will be clustered and surrounded by a private conservation area.
