Avalon Cooperative
 We are a student-housing cooperative with a maximum occupancy of 20 people. We are a child of a parent co-op corporation (ICC austin www.ICCaustin.coop).
This house has been started as an intentional community focused on creating a healthy student environment for upper-division and graduate students.
Avalon and ICC are run as a cooperative, which means that you will become a partial owner of all of ICC's assets (over 10 million dollars) for as long as you are a member.
We are located on 30th and University.
