We are a group of families from the Boston, MA area that are developing a 34-unit 40 B cohousing community. We have purchased land in Berlin MA. with Mosaic Commons and are developing 2 communities side by side. We currently have 24 equity households and 3 associate households. We have 1 stand-alone 3 bedroom and 2 3 bedroom duplexes still available. We are under construction!! We expect to move in by October 2008.
