 "Green-Built Cohousing Condo community to be built where individuals can enjoy fellowship by socializing, working and eating together some of the time, while maintaining total privacy in separately owned and occupied fully equipped condos for themselves located on same grounds. Participate in some optional shared meals in clubhouse, in some shared jobs in common areas, and interact with those that truly want to be neighborly without being intrusive. Community will be ruled by consensus, where every owner has an equal say. Maintenance jobs will be performed by hired outsiders if no one wants to take them on. ALL UNITS WILL BE ONE OR TWO BEDROOMS,just the right size for empty nesters of all ages.
