| Yamagishism Life Jikkenchi has been built with the hope that all people will be able to live happily, peacefully, and healthily--both materially and mentally. We believe that creating such a happy society is not beyond imagination, but that it is quite possible with certain concrete ideas, methods, and practices.
In this village, no one is struggling over his rights or duties. Clothing, food, and housing are all free. No chief, no managers--no orders, no controls. It's a village worth living a true life in. We villagers learn the real essence of nature and human beings by growing vegetables or taking care of animals and noticing the true way of living. And through this village life, we develop our sociality to live as a one-body society, and now we are enjoying the benefits of living together in plenitude. In this village, everyone can live a true and healthy life based on the most ordinary and the most prosperous life of human beings: one-body management with one wallet.
There are 30 Yamagishi villages in Japan and one in each of the following countries: Brazil, Thailand, Switzerland, Germany, and Korea. Together we have 3,000 people. | |
