Wäxthuset Väddö
Väddö,
Sweden
We call our place the "House for Growth," as we get together to practice living in truth, simplicity, and love. We meet every morning and share how we feel and what we are going to do during the day. We receive people for rehabilitation, and that is our main income. We work a lot with music, art, and singing and have massage, yoga, and body work as part of our healing. Our farm is on an island, Vaddo, in the beautiful archipelag northeast of Stockholm, the capital of Sweden. Here we want to build a "university for life"--heal with growing natural food; build our houses from the lumber in the forest; be ecological; use wind power, solar energy, etc. Real life for real people that want to remember God and set a new standard for what is a sustainable society. The earth is rich, well balanced without having been artificially treated. We have several little houses spread out where we do our work. We have a growth center for courses and an international group of people living with us for various lengths of time. There is a network of people around our community relating in cultural activities. We want to start a society school. We invite people to come and give their creativity, love, and healing power.
