We began our small community in 1976 and have grown and changed a great deal in the last three decades. Our focus has always been on friendship, neighborliness, ecological awareness, and a desire to live in harmony with nature. At present we have four resident stockholder members and some other residents and nearby neighbors. Although we live our lives individually, we share about 175 acres of beautiful wooded land and a sense of stewardship for it. At this time, we are not seeking or accepting new members or residents.
