 We are a cohousing development in downtown Eugene, Oregon, within walking distance to everywhere. Our development consists of a ring of townhouses and single level flats surrounding a large open-air plaza, located one level up and away from street noise, over parking and some commercial spaces. We are on the northwest corner of 11th and Lincoln Street.
