Rosy Branch is an intentional neighborhood focused on stewarding our land and ourselves in a cooperative, ecological, and peaceful manner. Begun in 1985, our community currently has eight families living on the land (50 acres). Each family is deeded approximately 3/4 acre and has an equal share in the remaining community property (44 acres). Economically, each family is independent, and we collectively contribute to community property needs through quarterly dues. We have monthly work days, land meetings, and potluck get-togethers. Our land neighbors two other communities, Earthaven Ecovillage and Full Circle.
We are not actively seeking new members. Occasionally members sell or rent their property interests.
Status: We are not an intentional community
