Finca Ipe was born of the dream to establish a self-sufficient and productive haven, removed from the pressures and pollution of industrialized society. Nurturing a lifestyle in harmony with nature and community is the vision of those of us who live and work here. To this end, we have dedicated much care and creative energy in planning, developing and managing the farm we love. We are totally committed to providing chemical-free, biodynamic produce--herbs, spices, medicinals, essential oils, and greens--in a sustainable and nurturing manner. We also run a number of education programs from basic volunteering through to more comprehensive internships and apprenticeships, including permaculture design courses.
We encourage comments from those who have first hand experience with a community so that others may benefit from your experience.
