Central Coast Community
Central Coast, New South Wales,
Australia
(Community does not yet have land)
We aim to buy property of around 80-120 hectares in the NSW Central Coast hinterland (Australia) to create a community with between 80 and 100 adults and their children.
Ideally, it would be partly bush, partly farmland. Houses would be built in seven to ten clusters as hamlets around a village centre. Each hamlet would take no more than 0.5 hectare and accommodate 10 to 15 adults each. The whole village would be less than eight hectares in area.
