Our three-family group is actively seeking members. Ideally we would like five to seven families. For us 2003 was consumed mostly by building a road to access the development site, and drilling a well. The year 2004 saw the construction of two houses and a generator shed. The spring of 2007 will see the completion of our third home. Having successfully navigated many important early decision processes, we feel our core group is strong and we are ready to entertain new membership applications.

We are situated on a 115-foot bluff in the middle of 240 acres with a sweeping view of the Alaska Range and Denali. We have maintained ski trails and a small private lake for swimming and canoeing. As a group, we are striving to foster ecological soundness, synergistic participation, and simplicity.
