Our three family group is actively seeking members. Ideally we would like five to seven families. 2003 was consumed mostly by road building to access the development site, and drilling a well. 2004 saw the construction of two houses and a generator shed. The spring of 2007 will see the completion of our third home. Having sucessfully navigated many important early decision processes we feel our core group is strong and we are ready to entertain new membership applications. Situated on a 115 foot bluff in the middle of 240 acres with a sweeping view of the Alaska range and Denali, we have maintained ski trails, and a small private lake for swimming and canoeing. As a group, we are striving to foster ecological soundness, synergistic participation, and simplicity.
  Status: Actively recruiting memebers.
